Music tag

Music is one of my biggest passions. I know a lot of people say this but I don't know where I'd be without it. I haven't actually been tagged to do this but I saw it on tumblr and figured it would be a nice thing to pop on my blog since no one really knows anything about me.

1 - A song you like with a colour in the title? White Riot by The Clash

2 - A song you like with a number in the title? Vermillion Pt. 2 by Slipknot

3 - A Song that reminds you of summer? The Joker by Steve Miller Band

4 - A song that reminds you of people you would rather forget about? Say Goodnight by Bullet For My Valentine

5 - A song that needs to be played loud? Thou Shalt Always Kill by Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip

6 - A song that makes you want to dance? Ever Fallen In Love by Buzzcocks

7 - A song to drive to? When We Were Younger by SOJA

8 - A song about drugs or alcohol? Because I Got High by Afro Man

9 - A song that makes you happy? Peace Sign by LIGHTS

10 - A song that makes you sad? Skyscraper by Demi Lovato

11 - A song that you never get tired of? Raise Your Weapon by Deadmau5

12 - A song from your preteen years? I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic! At The Disco

13 - One of your favourite 80’s songs? Call Me by Blondie

14 - A song that you would love played at your wedding? Everlong by Foo Fighters

Style Inspo Thursday

I have had so many blogs in the past. Most of them were ranting blogs with a touch of fashion. This blog has taken more of a beauty angle. This was not by choice but I'm loving it so far!

Anyway, I've come up with a new idea which I will hopefully think of a better name for by next week.
Each Thursday, I am going to post my current style icon.

This could be a celebrity, my best friend or even someone off the street or internet.

So to kick start it all, here is Joan Jett!

Back in 2010, I saw Green Day at the Lancashire County Cricket Ground. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts supported. She came out in a black, leather-look catsuit with a low v-neck and a belt around her hips. She had no bra on and her stage presence was brilliant - she was incredible. This was the day that I completely fell in love with her style and her (see below).

I don't think there are many women out there that can carry the outfits Jett wears - 'cept maybe Kristen Stewart in film "The Runaways"! I love her hair and minimal yet completely perfect makeup.

Anyone else get a kind of Sandy at the end of Grease feel from the last photo?

I won't bombard you with too many photos, but here is probably one of her most famous songs for you guys to enjoy...

I love Britney, but no one should cover this song.

And please appreciate how amazing she looks all in red!
